About Immigroov
Immigroov is a personalized immigration mentoring platform where aspiring migrants and newcomers can book 1:1 sessions with verified expats and locals living in a certain country. Get honest, tailored guidance on visas, jobs, studies, lifestyle, and more.
Our mentors are real people, expats and locals, who have gone through the same journey you're planning. They’re verified, experienced, and selected based on their Time spent in the country, knowledge about various expat, immigration related topics, and their willingness and ability to guide others.
Immigroov is for anyone planning to move abroad or recently relocated, whether for work, study, or a better lifestyle. It is especially valuable if you are overwhelmed by online information and want real human guidance.

Booking & Sessions
Just visit www.immigroov.com, browse verified mentors by country or topic, and select a date that fits your schedule. All bookings and payments happen securely through our platform.
You can check out the Services page to filter different types of services offered by our mentors at Immigroov. Mostly the services are focused on Visa, Residency programs, Scouting for jobs, Pursuing higher education, Understanding the lifestyle in a country, Knowledge sharing on some practical matters when you move to a new country, Investment options in a new county, Setting up your business abroad.
No. Mentees (customers) do not need to register an account. You can directly book and receive confirmation via email.
Currently the rescheduling or cancellation are handled manually. If customers (Mentees) want to reschedule or cancel a session, they can reply to the booking confirmation email or write to support@immigroov.com with you booking reference. Similarly, Mentors can directly email the customers (Mentees) in case of rescheduling. For cancellations, refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Local currency options and conversion fees may apply depending on your country.

The mentor didn’t show up
There was a technical issue not resolved - If you cancel your session within the guidelines as stated in the cancellation policy and adhering to the timeline as indicated in the service booking page of the mentor
- Session dissatisfaction is not eligible for refunds, but your feedback is important and affects mentor ratings.
A small platform fees may be added to your session fee. This is shown at the checkout.
For Rescheduling refund will not be entitled the services will be availed. In case of cancellation within the cancellation policy guidelines then your complete payment will be refunded except the platform fees.
Incase of cancellation after the cancellation window closes as stated in the service booking page of the mentor, no refund will be issued.
For Mentors
Click Join as a Mentor, fill in your details as requested in the form. Immigroov team will contact your for next steps, once approved, you will be sent an invite link to start enrolling as mentor. After this step, you can start offering paid sessions.
Yes. Mentors earn from each session. Immigroov charges a platform commission as per the mentor terms of use. Payouts are made as per the initial agreement with mentor. Mostly the payout schedule is biweekly or monthly cadence. The transaction costs and currency conversion costs are borne the mentor.
You can offer any services that’s relevant to aspiring migrants or new comers that can aim at helping their immigration process. This can also be discussed during the initial mentor intake discussion.

Assistance to choose right country, Visa, PR, Citizenship pathways, Job search and application strategy, High education, CV review and LinkedIN, Starting business abroad, Investment planning abroad, Practical matters to settle abroad, Understanding local Lifestyle
Yes. All mentors are verified and rated after each sessions. Poor-quality sessions, low ratings, No shows will affect visibility and future approvals.
Technical & Platform Support
Check your spam/junk folder. If not found, contact us at support@immigroov.com with your booking details.
Yes, the platform is mobile-friendly.
No. Sessions are private and not recorded by default. Mentors may share relevant materials with you during or after the session.
Privacy & Data
Yes. We collect only essential data (like your name, email, and session preferences). Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
