Immigroov Mentor Content Ownership Policy

This policy governs ownership rights, permitted use, and sharing of content created or used by mentors during sessions conducted via the Immigroov platform.
1. Ownership of Content
- Mentors retain full intellectual property rights over original content they create and use during sessions. This includes but is not limited to:
- Presentation slides
- Templates and worksheets
- Notes or resources shared
- Verbal guidance and personal narratives
2. License Granted to Immigroov
- By using the platform, the Mentor grants Immigroov a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
- Use session titles, descriptions, and feedback for platform marketing and analytics
- Refer to anonymized session highlights for training, product improvements, or user education
- Display mentor content snippets or screenshots in promotional materials, with prior notice
- This license does not grant Immigroov the right to resell or redistribute full mentor content without written consent.
3. Use of Third-Party Content
- Mentors are responsible for ensuring that any third-party content used in their sessions (e.g., licensed tools, copyrighted visuals) complies with applicable intellectual property laws.
- Immigroov disclaims any liability for unauthorized use of third-party content by mentors.
4. Sharing and Distribution by Mentors
- Mentors may re-use their own content outside Immigroov.
- Mentors may not use platform-generated materials (e.g., user feedback, session data, Immigroov branding assets) for personal promotion without permission.
5. Confidentiality and Data Use
- Mentor content may not include or reuse customer data, personal session feedback, or platform-generated analytics unless anonymized and approved.
- All user session data remains the property of Immigroov and/or the respective customer.
6. Termination and Content Retention
- Upon account closure or termination, mentors retain ownership of all content created.
- Immigroov may continue to retain anonymized session metadata and feedback in accordance with its data policies and marketing license.
Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noord Brabant, The Netherlands.

Immigroov Mentor Operating and Conduct Agreement

This Agreement sets out the expectations, operating procedures, and professional conduct standards required of all Mentors on the Immigroov platform. By registering and using the platform, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Professional Conduct and Ethics
1.1 General Behaviour
Mentors shall:
- Conduct sessions professionally, respectfully, and with integrity.
- Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive language.
- Maintain neutrality on political, religious, or culturally sensitive issues unless explicitly relevant to the session.
1.2 Respect for Users
- Mentors must treat all customers equally regardless of gender, nationality, religion, or background.
- Mentors must not pressure or coerce customers into giving positive feedback or personal information.
1.3 Compliance with Platform Values
- Mentors represent Immigroov while on the platform and must not engage in behavior that undermines the reputation, trust, or integrity of Immigroov.
2. Session Execution and Communication
2.1 Punctuality and Preparedness
- Mentors must be on time for all scheduled sessions.
- Mentors are expected to prepare adequately for the session based on customer-provided inputs.
2.2 Use of Supported Tools
- Sessions must be conducted using officially supported platforms (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom, or any platform specified by Immigroov).
2.3 Cancellation and No-Show Handling
- Mentors must update availability and honor confirmed sessions.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows (>3 per calendar month) may lead to account suspension.
3. Platform Integrity and Confidentiality
3.1 Platform Use
- Mentors shall use the platform solely for purposes of offering and delivering their booked services.
- Use of bots, scraping tools, or unauthorized automation is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Non-Solicitation
- Mentors may not solicit or offer paid services to customers outside the platform.
- All service transactions must be conducted through Immigroov unless otherwise authorized.
3.3 Confidentiality
- Mentors shall not share or misuse any customer data or confidential information.
- Use of customer information for off-platform marketing, sales, or follow-ups is prohibited.
4. Branding, Content & Marketing Use
4.1 Branding Alignment
- Mentors may not use Immigroov logos, brand assets, or mention partnership status without prior written permission.
- All marketing of their services via the platform must align with Immigroov’s professional standards.
4.2 Session Content
- Mentors retain ownership of any content they create (e.g., slides, worksheets).
- Immigroov is granted a non-exclusive license to refer to session titles, anonymized excerpts, and feedback for marketing, analytics, or platform training purposes.
5. Monitoring and Quality Review
5.1 Reviews and Ratings
- Mentors agree to be reviewed by customers and accept that these ratings may affect visibility or continued eligibility.
5.2 Internal Review
- Immigroov may audit sessions, investigate complaints, or perform quality checks.
- Mentors may be contacted for clarification or coaching to improve customer satisfaction.
6. Disqualification and Termination
6.1 Grounds for Removal
Immigroov reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Mentor's access for:
- Breach of this agreement
- Consistently low session ratings (<2.0)
- More than 3 no-shows in a calendar month
- Violation of customer privacy or abuse of the platform
6.2 Consequences
- Immediate removal of listing
- Withholding of pending payouts subject to investigation
- Ban from reapplying as a Mentor
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noord Brabant, The Netherlands.

Immigroov Mentor Legal Policies and Agreements

By registering as a Mentor on the Immigroov platform and clicking 'I Agree' during the sign-up process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms, policies, and conditions. These form a legally binding agreement between you (“Mentor”) and Immigroov Consulting VOF.
1. Mentor Terms and Conditions

5. Mentor Privacy Policy

Jurisdiction: European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
5.1 Data Controller
Immigroov acts as the Data Controller for all personal data collected from Mentors during registration, onboarding, and platform usage.
5.2 Data We Collect
We collect and process the following data from Mentors:
- Full name
- Email address and phone number
- Country and location
- Government-issued identity verification documents
- Profile photo, bio, expertise category, and social media links (optional)
- Session calendar, availability, and booking preferences
- Ratings, reviews, and session performance data
- Banking details for payout processing (via secure channels)
5.3 Purpose of Processing
The collected data is used for:
- Account creation and verification
- Mentor profile listing and public visibility on the platform
- Session scheduling and availability management
- Payout calculation, disbursement, and taxation compliance
- Monitoring performance and session quality
- Communication regarding platform updates, support, or disputes
- Legal compliance (e.g., recordkeeping, audits)
5.4 Legal Basis
Processing is based on:
- Contractual necessity (for service delivery)
- Legitimate interests (platform operation, fraud prevention)
- Legal obligations (recordkeeping and compliance)
- Explicit consent (for marketing or testimonials)
5.5 Cookies and Session Analytics
Immigroov uses cookies and session tracking tools to improve platform experience, security, and performance. This includes:
- Session identifiers
- Device/browser data
- Pages viewed and session duration
- Navigation behavior
Cookies are:
- Essential (for login, session booking)
- Analytics-based (for platform optimization)
You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.
5.6 Data Retention
We retain your data:
- As long as your Mentor account remains active
- For up to 90 days post-termination for compliance and recordkeeping
- Ratings and reviews may remain visible post-termination unless deletion is requested
5.7 Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data with:
- Payment processors and financial partners (for payout facilitation)
- Identity verification providers (if used)
- Legal or regulatory authorities upon request
- Technical vendors (for cloud hosting, analytics, or session scheduling tools)
All third-party providers are bound by appropriate data protection agreements.
5.8 International Transfers
Your data may be stored or processed on servers outside your home country (e.g., EU, India). All transfers comply with GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses.
5.9 Your Rights
You may:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction or deletion of incorrect data
- Withdraw consent for optional processing
- Request data portability (where applicable)
- Object to certain types of processing (e.g., marketing)

5.10 Security

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or related to these policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noord Brabant, The Netherlands.
